Wilson Homes set out to create a new head office that would support their growing team while delivering a premium experience for clients visiting their MyChoice Design Selections Studio.

We were engaged as Principal Contractor to deliver the office fitout, working closely with Wilson Homes and their national design consultants to translate the design vision into a practical, buildable outcome.

The project presented a unique delivery environment. The internal fitout commenced before the base building was fully completed, with two builders working on site simultaneously alongside multiple subcontractors and trades.

While this approach compressed the overall timeline, it required strong coordination and a shared commitment across all teams involved.

The Workplace Outcome

The completed head office provides a workplace designed to support both Wilson Homes’ people and their clients.

The space includes:

• Light filled open workspaces
• Premium boardrooms with integrated conferencing technology
• Informal collaboration and breakout areas
• A purpose built MyChoice Design Selections Studio for client consultations

The workplace now functions as both an operational headquarters and an important part of the Wilson Homes customer journey.

The new Wilson Homes Head Office is a workplace that supports their people, strengthens their client experience and reflects the quality of the homes they build.
