Solstice Energy’s Hobart office—a project that sets the stage for the future of their workspaces. With a recent brand refresh, Solstice was ready for a space that embodies their values of sustainability, flexibility, and collaboration.
From the beginning, we worked closely with Solstice to create a dynamic and adaptable workspace that could roll out seamlessly across multiple locations. The design and furnishing needed to reflect Solstice’s evolving identity while offering the flexibility to scale — ensuring that each future location looks, feels, and performs in harmony.
The move came at a pivotal time for Solstice, as their brand refresh had opened up new opportunities for growth and innovation. The new office space needed to mirror this transformation, embodying the values of sustainability, collaboration, and flexibility that Solstice is known for. This wasn’t just about filling a space with furniture; it was about creating a workspace that inspired their team and supported their long-term goals.
The key value delivered in this project was the ability to manage and execute large-scale transformations seamlessly. Our focus on clear communication and a streamlined process—led by a dedicated project manager—allowed the school to focus on its core mission without being bogged down by the details of project logistics. This resulted in:
Creating a Flexible Space: Solstice’s rebrand emphasised adaptability and collaboration, so the office design had to reflect that. We worked with their team to create a flexible layout, where spaces could shift between quiet, focused work and dynamic collaboration. For example, we incorporated modular furniture that could easily be reconfigured as the team’s needs evolved, ensuring the space would continue to support Solstice as they grow.
Future-Proofing the Office: Beyond just the immediate needs, we took into account the long-term vision for Solstice’s office. The furniture and layout were designed with future growth in mind, ensuring the space could evolve as the company expanded. Whether it was creating spaces for team brainstorming sessions or quiet areas for individual focus, every element was crafted to be adaptable.
The outcome is a vibrant, functional workspace that not only reflects Solstice Energy’s refreshed brand but also supports their evolving needs.
