This project was more than a relocation - it was a reset. By bringing every team under one roof, Loreto Community Housing gained a workspace that connects people, strengthens culture, and streamlines operations. The result is a future-ready environment that enables their staff to work smarter, serve faster, and reach further into the community they support.

Bentley Workspaces partnered with Loreto Community Housing to relocate their team from a dated, disconnected environment into a purpose-built workplace that better supported their operations and growing community impact.

The project addressed the challenge of consolidating multiple teams previously operating from different locations, improving connectivity, collaboration, and overall operational efficiency.

Delivered Outcomes

  • A fit-for-purpose layout supporting hybrid work, collaboration, and private client interactions.

  • Integrated meeting and wellness zones that enhanced staff connection, focus, and wellbeing.

  • Future-ready infrastructure, including flexible workpoints, acoustic control, and accessible design.

Key Outcomes

  • Unified all staff under one roof, improving communication and cross-team collaboration.

  • Increased efficiency through streamlined workflows and optimised spatial planning.

  • Strengthened organisational culture with a workspace reflective of Loreto’s mission and values.

  • Enabled growth and expanded service delivery to reach a wider community.
