The Role: Sales Development Representative
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative - generating and qualifying new leads, and moving them through the sales pipeline.
Equipped with well-researched information about target prospects and your company, build a solid understanding of the industry and sales process to spark meaningful conversations.
You will…
Take ownership of prospect listing & lead generating
Research prospects, target accounts, and potential leads
Generate leads through outbound cold calling, emailing, info packs, personalised letters and social engagement
Validate and qualify warm leads from marketing campaigns, events, website and social engagement, etc.
Undertake lead validation, scoring and qualification
Filter out leads and prospects that aren’t a good fit for our value proposition
Provide validated and pre-qualified leads to the Sales Process to be further developed and converted into a Sales opportunities.
Document client contacts, maintain notes and track activities/engagement in Pipedrive.
Report weekly activities from the Sales & BDM team.
Be engaged in weekly Sales Meetings with key objectives to be accomplished that week / month / quarter
