LOCATION: HOBART, TASMANIA

ROLE: PROJECT MANAGER

You will lead the delivery of commercial fitout and workplace projects from early engagement through to completion.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for programme, cost, quality, and coordination across every stage of the project.

You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and our internal team to ensure projects are delivered with clarity, accountability, and care.

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership

  • Lead projects end-to-end from pre-construction through to handover

  • Set a clear direction and maintain momentum across all stages

  • Ensure alignment between design intent, budget, and buildability

Programme & Delivery

  • Develop and manage detailed project programmes

  • Drive timelines and hold all parties accountable to key milestones

  • Proactively manage risks, constraints, and changes

Financial Oversight

  • Manage project budgets with live cost tracking and reporting

  • Forecast, track variations, and maintain cost certainty

  • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed financial parameters

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients

  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers effectively

  • Communicate clearly, consistently, and with intent

Site & Quality

  • Work closely with site teams to ensure high quality delivery

  • Uphold safety, compliance, and documentation standards

  • Maintain attention to detail from start to finish

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a Project Manager who takes pride in delivering projects properly. Someone who leads from the front, communicates clearly, and sees things through.

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction project management or leadership roles

  • Demonstrated experience delivering commercial construction or fitout projects

  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and live cost tracking

  • Highly organised with disciplined programme management capability

  • Confident communicator across clients, trades, and internal teams

  • Accountable and dependable, someone who follows through

  • Solutions focused with the ability to stay calm under pressure

  • Loyal and looking for a long term home where you can grow and contribute
