Select and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), and finishes, keeping abreast of local and international trends, materials, and suppliers.
Act as the primary client-facing contact throughout the design process, managing expectations, incorporating feedback, and fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor design implementation and quality during the construction phase, ensuring alignment with the design intent.
Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering their professional development and ensuring design excellence across all projects.
Maintain project timelines and budgets for the design phase, ensuring efficient resource allocation and project tracking.
