THE ROLE - REMOTE WORK

Optimisation Specialists - Digital & Projects

We are looking for an Optimisation Specialists - Digital & Projects. A hybrid role that sits between ideation and build. This role is a cross-over between digital optimisation & project management.

The main focus of the role is to drive improved performance in personalised experiences and optimisations, ensuring a data-led, continuous improvement approach. It will work closely with cross-functional teams in strategy, projects and delivery with a strong focus on executing the Bentley methodology.

You will…

DIGITAL - 35%

  • Competitive & market analysis.

  • Monitor and analyse ranking reports and acquisition performance.

  • Master the fundamentals - page titles, metatags, headers, URL structure, link anchor text.

  • Experience with articulating and communicating the impact that technical structure, design & aesthetics, content, navigation, information architecture, performance, and functionality have on SEO is required.

PROJECTS - 65%

  • Assist with the full lifecycle experience in the delivery of construction projects.

  • Assisting Project Managers in delivering workplace fit-outs from ideation through to build. Including the delivery of projects in line with client and contractual requirements; programs and procedures.

  • Assist in overseeing and coordinating the sales, projects and construction delivery of each project.

  • Plan & manage the day-to-day internal operations, including action items for the Project Manager.

  • Providing information and support to stakeholders

  • Developing in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. timeframes, financials, outcomes

  • Providing support to project managers and business leaders when requested

You are…

  • Responsible for executing specific stages of the projects and clearly defining the timeline, and communicating deliverables to the Projects & Operations team.

  • Strategic thinker - can analyse and synthesise information and connect the dots to determine an appropriate strategic approach whilst taking a whole of business perspective.

You have…

  • A tertiary Qualification / Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

  • At least 5 years of demonstrated experience managing digital transformation, preferably in a Digital Product Owner role, including usability and customer-focused design experience.

  • 3+ years experience leading a small team
